“ We absolutely love this place. Been there twice and had the same amazing server both times. Peter was so knowledgeable about all the drinks and super friendly. He even remembered us and it had been 4 weeks since our last visit. The drinks are awesome and yes it is a true cocktail lounge and no food. We always make reservations for dinner after. They are pretty strict about the 90 minute policy. Century grand has three bars and this is one of them. ”
“ This spot features amazing craft cocktails. We enjoyed a wonderful Tom and Jerry, a traditional Christmas-time warm eggnog and cognac drink. Jonah, our knowledgeable and entertaining Bartender, made happy hour a truly festive time together. The wood bar is stocked with an impressive selection of quality spirits. But the discovery of new and revisiting old favorites made this bar experience very special. ”
“ Super cute Apothecary themed bar! Booked a reservation for 2 at 9pm on a Wednesday night and had a blast. When you RSVP online, it’s 20 per person, and covers their 1 drink minimum. We ordered two of the quick fixes & prescriptions, The Saville Row & The North Star, both super unique flavors. We sampled the strawberry fernet but I wasn’t really vibing with it. The bartender, Aspen, walked us through the menu and my date ordered a local beer and I ended up ordering two drinks. For my two main drinks I had the Oaxacan Old Fashioned and the Estrella, Estrella. I am more of a tequila and Mezcal person than whiskey or gin so I am happy with my choices. We went on a weekday and since it wasn’t too busy we had a super fun time. Pro tip: Great for date night ”
“ Nick served me in the Grey Hen RX. He was charismatic and informant about the drinks being served. It's always a pleasure coming in. Amazing drinks even better service. Thanks for the wonderful evening. ”
“ Came here with a group of 7 on a Friday night and had a great time! The hostesses were so nice - I had to move my reservation time and group size around several times and they were accommodating every time! The bartender was very knowledgeable and mixed great drinks. He explained the name of this place - back during prohibition, the only businesses that were allowed to legally provide alcohol were pharmacies. And they distributed alcohol in these containers called grey hens. We all got a variety of drinks and they were all unique and interesting! Can't go wrong! ”
“ Great vibe. This one is apothecary themed with thunderstorm noises and there are 3 speakeasies in one building here. Great spot. Call in advance to make sure they have availability for you. This one and the train car one platform 18 is great. ”
“ There are three or four bars within the same building, each with its own unique theme, like sitting in a bar in a 1920s steam train or a bar in 1920s New York Chinatown—I absolutely loved the concept! Each bar has a distinct menu, and the drinks change from time to time. If there’s a specific bar you want to visit, I highly recommend making a reservation. We walked in and ended up at the Grey Hen, which was a great experience — first come first serve seating. The bartenders are incredibly knowledgeable, easily explained what you could expect from each drink— shout out to Justice and Jonah, once you see the menu you’ll know what I mean . The cocktails are truly one of a kind, so unique. The immersive atmosphere, with train sounds, horns, and hanging lanterns just added to the experience. And I loved the newspaper style menu—make sure you read it fully so you don’t miss any of the cocktails. ”
“ Very cool place. The only thing is the server adjustment that they put on the bill for 4% which is completely asinine. You charge 19 for a drink, and you have the audacity to charge me 4% extra for a server adjustment. How’s this, the server adjustment is your tip. ”
